Your child is admitted on first come first serve basis!
Documents To Be Submitted (For All Classes) Certificates & Records
1. Two Passport size photo of Mother& Father/ Guardian & Family Photograph
2. Eight Passport size photos of child
3. Original Transfer certificate/ School Leaving Certificate duly attested
4. Photocopy of birth certificate
5. Photo Copy of original marksheet of last examination passed
6. Recent proof of residence (Electricity Bill/ Index II/ House or Rent Agreement)
7. a. Medical Certificate by certified medical practioner (As per the proforma attached)
b. Details of allergies and any other Chronic Ailment
c. A copy of vaccination card
8. A copy of Parent ID Proof
9. Adhar Copy of child

- Bus routes would be prepared based on the number of admissions from a particular area
